I’m sure we don’t need to tell you that temperatures are dropping & we are in winter tactics most of the time now.
The fish are still close to the banks but more often a couple of feet down and hugging the contours of the bottom. Intermediates & faster sinking lines have been most productive from the bank & boat.
Anglers have found fish nearer the bottom with classic winter style, sinking line with a booby tied short on the leader fished slowly along the bottom from the bank, others have caught on lures with a steady retrieve on 5ips lines.
